We are relocating back to the U.K as our son is attending college there, but after living here for 7 happy years we will be looking to buy a smaller holiday home in Tenerife so that we can continue to visit this beautiful island as much as possible.

Property Details:

The gardens provide a fabulous outdoor living space with a built in Jacuzzi, dining area, various seating areas and a lovely wooden pergola. There are two further garden access points, one leading to the community swimming pools.

Location:

Adeje is one of Tenerife’s finest Municipals and is home to Siam Park and Aqualand which are amongst some of the best water parks in Spain. If you like to browse the shops, you will be spoilt for choice with not only local shops at Las Americas and Los Cristianos but also in some of our beautiful shopping centres such as Siam Mall or Parque Santiago VI.

This area caters exceptionally well for schools both public and private and there are superb recreational centres within the Municipality. The fabulous climate and the beautiful National Park make Tenerife a wonderful choice for vacations or permanent living!
